  Usually quick and friendly on front end, sometimes you have toy wait five minutes to order. However on the delivery, very sorry. I was in a few days ago, my drink order was just placed without saying what it was, there three other orders placed at the same time. My food place thrown on a tray and left at the back of the counter. No-one else was around then so I figured it must be mine, I had to reach to the back of the counter to have the tray napkins and a straw. Lame. Pick up is always like this in this store. Nobody is in charge of pickup and you have to guess which one is yours.

  Employees are always friendly the line seems to move fairly quick and there always able to fix any mistakes. Good people good service. The downtown Tim Hortons is my favourite.
