  I have shopped at this store for 20 years, most of the staff are awesome, but when there was a question regarding airmiles, the GM was not very professional as the conversation escalated and he proceeded to talk down to me in front of other patrons that were in line. Very unprofessional, very "corporate" demeanour, and from the conversation, it was evident how he treats his staff as well.
  
  Other than that, prices have dropped, product selection is decent and staff are friendly.

  Prices are ludicrous! When sale prices are higher than REGULAR prices at competitors stores you know there's a problem.
