  Drive thru staff is too busy trying to upsell rather than listening to the order. I will continue to sit at the window and check my order before leaving as I have had to go back to this location several times to fix issues with my order. When the cashier is asking if I want to add a hash brown or donut to make it a combo I had to tell her to stop talking, wipe the coffee of of the screen completely because I needed a dark roast and I also needed to as a cream to it. Horrendous.

  Over charged while trying to use a roll up tab because they don't know what the tabs are actually good for couldn't even get a refund because there "too busy" service is garbage
