Reviews about Tim Hortons
- 4 / 5By Петро ХімичGood service, clean bathroom. Coffee is not bad as for Tim Hortons. What else can you expect from fast-food restaurant.May 15, 2017
- 1 / 5By K.M.The food here is consistently the WORST we have ever been served. 9 times out of 10 the food is falling apart and completely destroyed, burnt, or not even close to what we ordered. To top it off, service is so incredibly slow that trying to get your order fixed isn't even worth it when you already waited for 20 minutes the first time. In the future we will make sure to drive the extra distance to get to any Tim Hortons other than this one. There is absolutely zero quality control at this location.April 30, 2017
- 2 / 5By ZoltrixThe food is consistently incorrect, sloppy, burnt, or forgotten. As a customer of them 2-3 times a day for my wife and I, for about 8 years ish now (roughly when we bought our house and use the east end) I am not happy. they are close to home so we use them, and dealing with one manager today, she took care of the situation and corrected it. I commend her for that and apologize for being angry with her. But i feel i will be moving my business somewhere else. I love the convenience of a close drive through open late that isn't all deep fried fast food but can no longer put up with the incompetence of the drive through staff. I know it gets busy, but i worked fast food for years as a kid, where it would be packed, tour buses came regularly as it was on gasoline alley. It is not that difficult to properly make good foods. Unfortunately staff at these restaurants do not care enough to be even half decent at their job. As a manager myself, it falls on management. Lack of training, support, encouragement, and feeling of self worth makes employees dislike their jobs and gives them no reason to strive to succeed. I have seen it, don't treat your employees well and not giving them the training and respect they deserve (as they are the ones doing the work ) destroys a crew, and eventually, the credit and well being of the company they work for. Unfortunately management doesn't care until profits have dropped.December 09, 2016
- 1 / 5By reddeer newschaserabsolutely horrable and I'm willing to bet its the worst in Canada
4 tries to get butter on a toasted bagel
closes at 11pm (only coffee shop within 7km open stupid choice of hours management)
not only are they closed they have no signs stating they are a inadequate branch of a great franchise
Or a simple pylon blocking the drive throughOctober 24, 2016 - 1 / 5By Jeanine AndersonThis is the absolute worst Tim Hortons we have even been too. They consecutively forget items in our order. This morning they forgot one breakfast sandwich and two hash browns. Inefficient, subadequate service, and ultimately stealing when we pay for good not provided. Will never be going back to hear.
