  Ordered a coffee and unicorn, I payed and they didn't notify me they have none. They serviced a full drive thru while one person ahead of me ordered a coffee . They forgot our order and waited 30 minutes for disappointment . I would never recommend Starbucks.

  John made a genuine effort to get to know us even with us being in the drive thru. He was friendly, helpful and went beyond what I would normally expect. Drinks taste great, thank you for the great experience, John!

  There were four of them working and nobody came up to take my order. Someone on break had to point out that I was waiting. Took her three times to get my order and the she still got it wrong. When I pointed it out the barista didn't even make me a new one she just added what was missing. No apology and nobody said have a nice day. They care more about socializing than they do about doing their jobs. I always go to Starbucks and I love the service but whenever I go to this location I seriously consider going out of my way to go to another.
